(a single bed or babybed can be added upon request)

- free WIFI in all areas
Caution!
– Pets are not allowed
– It is forbidden to smoke in the entire house (but you can smoke on the terrace or in the garden)
– No parties allowed
– Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchair users

Warranty and advance
– Caution : 250 EUR or 250 GBP (account in GBP is available)
– Deposit : 25% (refundable till 8 weeks before arrival if guests cancel)
– Final payment : 4 weeks before arrival (not refundable)
– Last-minute-bookings (booked in the period 5 weeks before arrival) : total amount to be paid when booked and not refundable

– gas, water, electricity (a normal use is included, otherwise it will be extra charged)

Tourist tax
1,80 EUR per person per night is to be added to the rental price
Charging electric bikes
1,50 eur per bike per day

Charging elektric cars on the net is forbidden, there are electric charging points on walking distance.
