* first floor: 1 kingsizebed (boxspring), sitting area
* second floor: 1 kingsizebed (boxspring), sitting area
(a single bed or babybed can be added upon request)
- the big sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed
- bathroom with toilet, shower and two sinks (first floor)
- central heating and airconditioning
- free WIFI in all areas
Caution!
– Pets are not allowed
– It is forbidden to smoke in the entire house (but you can smoke on the terrace or in the garden)
– No parties allowed
– Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchair users

Winter 2022-2023: Energycrisis: Due to the high cost of energy we are charging each night booked between Sept. 15 2022 – May 15 2023 with an extra cost of 6 eur per night.

Warranty and advance
– Caution : 250 EUR or 250 GBP (account in GBP is available)
– Deposit : 25% (refundable till 8 weeks before arrival if guests cancel)
– Final payment : 4 weeks before arrival (not refundable)
– Last-minute-bookings (booked in the period 5 weeks before arrival) : total amount to be paid when booked and not refundable

Tourist tax
1,50 EUR per person per night is to be added to the rental price
